Freeball was a virtual lottery product designed to replicate the atmosphere of a live televised draw within a fully CG environment. Built to run autonomously, it could generate multiple draws per day on demand, each assembled automatically from RNG results.
I created the logo, motion graphics and designed the CG studio and draw machines, overseeing the full 3D process in Cinema 4D and Redshift, from modelling and lighting to simulation, rendering and compositing.
I also wrote the FFMPEG command that composited the final videos dynamically via a media server, layering rendered elements with voiceovers and subtitles to produce broadcast-ready draws automatically.
